Dear Ant: The Mystical Life of Jesus is a phenomonal book. It describes Jesus' life as it really happened and not what we have been brainwashed with. I don't now anything about channeling Mary or Jesus, that sounds alittle out there.
Blessings,
Sharon

How is the book The Mystical Life Of Jesus? Some say they can channel Mother Mary do you think some can channel Jesus and do you think Jesus will reincarnate or is he reincarnated already and does someone channel Jesus already?

Ingrid, I can certainly understand not wanting to work at the post office any longer as it is very stressful and sometimes in certain locations very stuffy! The fact you worked there for over three years is nothing short of amazing in my opinion! Hopefully you'll find your calling soon and I will it is a relief to hear other people, especially those who are older that don't know exactly what they want to do either. It gives me hope to eventually find what I'm looking for.

And April same goes for you as well but I would like to also say that my mom and brother also have a birthday in February too. My mom's is on the 9th and my brother's is on the 3rd.

Eddie, Most people your age don't know what they want to do as far as career.........no worries........it will come to you In fact most people period don't know. My husband and I spent many years working at the U.S. Postal Service ( this is where we met) He did 20 yrs I did 13yrs. We both absolutely hated it. I quit back in 2000 after I got injured and decided I had enough. I then put my all into really getting my business going. It was doing well for several years I was #1 on Google, Yahoo and a few other search engines for the search term "pepper spray". That was/is my business selling self defense products. I now find that I am bored with that. As a result I think this has really hurt my business. That along with the economy.

My husband quit working at the Post Office a few years after me and stayed home to help me with the business. Once the bad economy hit he went out and got a job, actually just last year in March. He now drives city buses for a city 15 minutes away from where we live. I'm at home with the kids. And I am not complaining, I would take being at home with my family any day over working for the P.O.

This is all to say alot of us really don't know what we want to do.

Peace & Blessings
Ingrid

You said it Ingrid ,
I had my first child when I just turned 20. Then moved from Cali to Va for my husbands job. He works for the railroad CSX so he is always gone. Had my 2nd child at 22, almost 23. I have always worked in Cali but the move across country left me puzzled on how to work because we have no family and his work in on call 24/7. When the youngest was 2, I found a job at home being an online call center Representative. I have just quit this year that it is so boring for me. Last year I did Childrens Birthday parties kinda like build a bear but stopped because we downgraded our apt to save on rent so in a 2 bedroom there is no room to store stuff. Then back in Sept of last year I started working at the kids school as a backup cafeteria monitor and might continue when school starts back up. I just feel like I want to do something but still haven't a clue as to what to do yet.
I am 29 will be 30 in Feb. I hope I find out soon lol but Hey I'm a mom forever. That job I will never quit lol

I am a Psychology major technically but I chose Psychology because I was curious about it and thought it might be interesting. It's a little annoying though when I tell people that and they go, "Uh oh, don't try to analyze me..." And I'm thinking, "I'm not qualified, don't worry." I only have an Associate's Degree but you need at least a Bachelor's Degree to even get an entry level job in Psychology such as certain counselor positions or a psych tech. But to become a psychologist or any well paying career in psychology, you need at least a Master's Degree. However, with that said you can still get jobs in the business field with a Psychology Degree--in the right circumstances that is. It helps to know people when you're looking for a job.

But to be honest with you Ingrid, I don't really know what I want to do for sure. I like volunteering and do so when I have time but in terms of making a living, I'm not sure yet.
